Payment Methods

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer (prepayment)
  • Cash on delivery (payment upon arrival of product)

Payment deadline

  • Credit card: Your credit card company will be charged when you place your order.
  • Bank transfer: Please pay within one week of placing your order.
  • Cash on delivery: Please pay to the delivery company when the product arrives.

*If payment is not received within one week, your order will be cancelled.
* If the item is out of stock, we will contact you and cancel your order.

About delivery and shipping charges

Domestic shipping (within Japan)

Domestic orders will be shipped via Sagawa Express.
Shipping costs are 1,500 yen nationwide.

    International shipping (outside Japan)

    International shipping will be via FedEx or Japan Post EMS (International Express Mail Service).
    Shipping costs are a flat rate of 10,000 yen.

    • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region.
    • In areas where FedEx delivery is not available or is limited, we may use EMS.

    *We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

    Important Notes Regarding International Shipping

    About customs duties

    For international deliveries, the recipient may be subject to customs duties. The content and amount of customs duties vary depending on the destination country, and we are not responsible for any customs duties.

    *FedEx offers a "Duty Paid by Shipper (DTP)" service, which charges the orderer after the customs duty amount has been determined. This is useful when sending an item as a gift and you do not want the recipient to pay customs duties. Please contact us if you would like to use this service.

    Returns and defective products

    Return period and conditions

    As a general rule, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

    1. If the product has a defect
    2. If a product different from the one ordered by the customer is delivered due to our negligence

    If any of the above applies, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will consider your order received upon receiving your reply.

    Please note that we will not be able to accept returns after this period.

    We are unable to accept returns on sale items, lucky bags, and other discounted items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand.

    Return shipping fee

    We will bear the cost of replacing defective products and products delivered in error.
